Honest livelihood is the right of every person
The right to an honest livelihood is often denied to the underprivileged of the society. They have to resort to underhand means such as theft or peddling to earn a livelihood. The lack of skillsets is a major reason for such circumstances. If these people were provided with proper skills then they could earn their livelihood with dignity.
Skills to earn the right way
To further this cause the Relief and Build Asia Foundation is setting up centres of learning where skills are taught to underprivileged men and women. They are trained in such a way so tht they can set up their own workshops.
Providing support to the needy
They are also provided with support in setting up these workshops after their training. When an honest livelihood is earned, then the people can up their standard of living and gain access to all basic amenities for a good life.
