An Eye and ENT Check-up Camp was organized in association with Tara Sansthan at Shahdara in East Delhi on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October 2018. During this camp 675 people were provided treatment in which free medicines and near vision glasses were distributed to the eye patients. The camp also provided E.N.T. check-up facility with free medicines to such patients. The selected cataract patients will also be provided free operation facility in Tara Hospital, Delhi.
A painting and drawing competition was organized in Government School (Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya), Delhi on occasion of Teacher’s Day (5th September, 2018) with the motive to make creative activities like painting which help in the development of the brain. It boosts creativity and makes children more imaginative. The more they play with colours on paper, the more they can experience the beauty of art and creativity. The class 6th to 12th students participated in this competition. The students painted/draw as per following themes: Natural disasters and their management (Floods, Tsunami, Earthquake), Save Energy, Save Environment, Clean India/Green India, Conservation of Water.
An Eye Health Camp was organized in association with Tara Sansthan at Welcome Market in East Delhi on 2 September 2018. In the camp, free eye check-up, medicines, vision glasses were distributed by the doctors to the eye patients, as well as during checkup doctors identified the cataract patients. The selected cataract patients will also be provided free operation facility in Tara Hospital, Delhi.The ophthalmologist said that around 832 patients were tested in the camp, in which cataract operation of 50 patients was selected, 350 for near vision glasses and 432 patients were provided free medicines.
To encourage people to adopt a healthy diet in 2019, RABA organised a donation drive and distributed 5,000 Fruit Juice tetra packs in various parts of Delhi.
With the winter chill turning harsh by the day, members of RABA hit the streets to provide warmth by donating blankets to old and homeless people. As part of the donation drive, RABA distributed about 100 blankets to the homeless in different parts of Delhi.
Education Material Distributed to students of Prathmik Vidyalaya to celebrate Republic day
The RABA team organised a clothes distribution camp in the lodhi road slums of the workers and labourers. The main motive of the camp was to spread awareness among the labourers and to make them realise the importance of hygiene and cleanliness. There were more than 60 people (men, women, kids) who got benefited from the donation. The event surely brought a smile to the faces of many of the people present there.
RABA Foundation had organised a Free Health Check-up Camp in association with Maharaja Agarsen Sewa Sansthan which helped generate public awareness on the importance of regular health check-ups. During this camp, a team of Specialist Doctors and Consultants provided free medical consultations and check-ups in Pediatrics, ENT, Orthopedics and Ophthalmology. Patients were provided free lab tests and eye surgery facilities for those shortlisted by the panel of doctors. The event was successfully held with the help of a number of volunteers who tirelessly attended to patients throughout this event.
Team RABA distributed hand knitted baby blankets received from GWR Knit-a-thon 2018-2019 group. These were distributed to slumdwellers and homeless children in various areas of Delhi who were in dire need of a blanket. Thank you to all the ladies in Knit-A-ton for the great job done and providing respite to these little children from the harsh Delhi winter this year and for the years to come. The smiling faces of the children receiving these blankets says it all.

We feel proud to continue the tradition of conducting Republic Day event where we organised a Drawing and Painting Competition in association with Digital Shiksha Foundation. Participating children bedazzled us with their imagination & creative prowess. The children drawings were made on the themes of Republic Day, Save Water, Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti, Coronavirus and Water Harvesting.
EyeCamp organised as part of its health project program in association with Tara Sansthan at Crossings Republik Ghaziabad. Free eye check-up, medicines and vision glasses distributed to the patients. Patients selected during checkup who were identified for cataract surgery will be provided a free operation facility. 355 patients were tested in the eye camp.
A free medical and health check-up camp at Meharchand Market, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi as part of its Health project. A team of Eye Specialist, General Physician and Orthopedic Doctors examined 320 patients and free medicines, near vision glasses were distributed in the camp.
6th free health and medical camp organised at DDA Library, B4 Block, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi as part of its Health project. 560 patients were examined by a team of Lab Doctors, General Physicians and Eye Specialists. As part of the camp, general consultations, HIV test, TB test, sugar check and blood tests were conducted.
A free health camp at C-385 Surya Nagar Ghaziabad. 520 patients were examined by a team of Eye Specialist, General Physician and Orthopaedic Doctors.
